About
The program "DisinfoHacks" brings together DCN’s Global expertise in identifying, assessing and combating disinformation with its programatic goal of bringing together networks of diverse professionals, having in common skills and interests in digital technologies for social good.
The premise of the program is leveraging DCN’s and the other major partners training capabilities and assembling teams of communication professionals, throughout South – East Europe – journalists, PR, and government / civil society communicators – who will learn together and from each other with the ultimate goal of generating concrete deliverables, materialized in campaigns and other forms of engagement, meant to counter disinformation and other malign influences in the new information system.

Our approach aims to create an ecosystem of relevant stakeholders that will be involved and are crucial factors to combat disinformation. Rather than focusing only on journalists we will work with communicators/influencers in Greece and across the region to deconstruct disinformation an promote positive influence.
