The Dot Network, in collaboration with the Young AI Leaders Hub in Mexico City and DCN Global, present this report that proposes a roadmap for the development of artificial intelligence in the region, focused on social inclusion, education and technological sovereignty.
In a context where Artificial Intelligence is projected to become a $4.8 trillion global market by 2033, Latin America faces the challenge of not being left behind. The region faces significant digital divides, with only 37% of households having adequate internet connections for digital participation, while up to 17 million jobs that could benefit from AI productivity gains are hampered by infrastructure deficiencies.
This report, the result of a strategic dialogue initiated during the forum ‘AI for Prosperity: Innovation and Economic Growth in the Americas’ held in Buenos Aires, hosted and promoted by DCN Global, brings together the thinking of young AI leaders from Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Guatemala, along with the experience of renowned international experts who participated in the event.
The report is available in English and in Spanish here!
